HAF Initiative 1 Open House: 5-6pm Registration

PURPOSE OF THIS OPEN HOUSE

To provide information related to four proposed options to permit homeowners to build one more ARU (additional residential unit) than the two that are currently permitted as-of-right in Tecumseh low density residential areas.

For background information regarding these options and regarding the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF), please visit the Town website at www.Tecumseh.ca/HAF

For the convenience of attendees, and in order to offer those in attendance the ability to properly review and discuss the information presented, each 1-hour timeslot of the Open House will be kept to a maximum of 30 people.

Conduct

All attendees are required to comply with the Town's Visitor Conduct Policy (No.121) as well as the following:

• No person shall speak to any person in a disrespectful manner, including but not limited to, use of indecent, offensive or insulting language.
• No person shall display any signs or placards that make use of indecent, offensive or insulting language or may otherwise be considered disruptive.
• No person shall heckle or engage in any behaviour which may be considered disruptive.
• ALL written communication must be legible or printed and not contain any obscene or improper matter or language

You hereby acknowledge:

• you have had the opportunity to review the Town's Visitor Conduct Policy (No. 121) and the rules for conduct in this form;
• you understand and agree to comply with Town expectations for procedure and conduct;
• you understand that the Town may remove any attendee due to any breach of Town By-laws or Policies with respect to procedures and conduct;
• you understand that repeated violations of procedure or conduct may result in further measures against you;
• you understand that personal information you provide on this form is collected pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of confirming registration and attendance during designated timeslots for the for the HAF Initiative 1 Open House on June 9th, 2025.
